What type of real estate do you specialize in?
As a member of the Keller Williams (KW) Real Estate team in Naples and South Florida, my specialty is residential real estate, including single family homes, townhomes and condos. I also work in commercial real estate such as office buildings, apartment complexes, warehouses and land.
What areas do you serve?
I help buyers and sellers throughout Naples and South Florida specifically the cities of Naples, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Lauderdale by the Sea, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, Parkland, Pompano Beach and surrounding areas.
Florida has so many realtors. What makes you unique?
Unlike so many local realtors who are transplants from other areas, I’m a lifetime Florida resident. I was born and raised in the Miami area. All of my extended family lives here as well.
I have deep knowledge of Southwest Florida and South Florida. I know its many neighborhoods and communities well. Having that background helps me to provide location insights to real estate home buyers and sellers.
What real estate brokerage are you with?
I’m proud to be a Keller Williams (KW) realtor dual-based in Naples and South Florida. I split my time between both coasts. KW is the #1 nationwide real estate agency in terms of number agents and sales volume. One of the ways this benefits my sellers and buyers is that as a KW agent, I have access to the latest real estate technology and the many tools it encompasses to help me find buyers exactly what they want and also accelerate the sale of my listings. I also can tap into the immense KW network across the country, which is especially useful for people relocating from out of state and also sellers looking to market their properties beyond Florida.
How did you get into real estate?
I think real estate is in my blood. My father has been a real estate broker for 40 years in Miami and now lives in Cape Coral, Southwest Florida so I grew up hearing about his business. I am the oldest of 8 children in my family, and 5 of us are in real estate in South Florida. Both my adult son and future daughter in law are Florida realtors too, so the tradition carries on!
What do most of your clients like about you?
I believe the characteristic that helps me to stand out is my dedication to my clients. They know I’m available to them 24/7. They can call me anytime and ask me for anything.
If any problems crop up in a real estate deal, I’ll do whatever it takes to solve them. I’ll overcome any obstacle. I am relentless. “No” is not in my vocabulary. And if I say I’m going to do something, my clients can have 100% confidence that I will get it done.

What do you like most about real estate?
I love people! I think my energy and enthusiasm comes through in all of my relationships. There’s a reason most of my clients come back to me over and over when they’re ready to upgrade their home or move to a new location. They know I’ll work tirelessly to get them what they want and that I genuinely care about them.

Do you think South Florida real estate is a good investment?
I do! I’ve lived here all my life and seen how homes in South Florida appreciate. The Florida lifestyle is so appealing. There are thousands of people moving here from other states every year. And for good reason. Who wouldn’t want our year-round sunshine, beach access, world-class shopping and fine-dining restaurants!
What is your brokerage selling fee? What is your brokerage buying fee?
If you are a seller the total commission is 6% of the selling price, which will be split 50/50 between listing/selling brokers. If you are a Buyer my service is free to you, the seller pays our commission.
What marketing vehicles do you use to promote your listings?
I develop individualized plans for each of my listings, which can include any of a wide array of marketing vehicles such as email campaigns, social media, open houses, signage, brochures, postcards, direct mail and more. I’ll make sure your home gets maximum exposure to potential buyers.
If I’m ready to sell my home, what’s the next step?
Let’s schedule a meeting at your home to discuss the best strategy for getting your home on the market. I’ll tell you how much comparable homes in the area are selling for and what I think we can get for your house. We can also discuss ways to maximize your selling price such as necessary updates or repairs, staging and marketing. And, of course, I’ll answer any questions you have about the selling process.
To be clear, there’s no obligation for this first meeting. You’ll get no pushy, hard-sell from me; that’s not my style. It’s just an opportunity for us to meet, get to know each other and discuss all of your options.
I’m interested in purchasing a home in Florida, but I currently reside in another state. Can you help me do some of the preliminary legwork to zero in on the right properties before I plan a visit?
Whether you’re located in another state or even another country, I’m happy to do the advance research of finding you a home that meets your needs. When you come to town, we’ll schedule showings in a way that makes the best use of your time. Once you’ve chosen a property, I’ll handle most of the paperwork and details to make things easy for you and ensure a hassle-free transaction.
Are you able to refer reputable professionals such as lenders, home inspectors and contractors to me?
Absolutely! Over the years, I’ve developed an extensive network of professionals who are talented, reliable and honest. I’d be delighted to share my contacts with you for any services you need. And, if you want my suggestions for restaurants in the area, just ask. I’m a foodie and love telling people about Naples and South Florida’s culinary gems.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes, I’m fluent in Spanish having been raised in Miami, Florida. Also my father is Cuban and my mother is from Argentina and her parents are Italian, so I grew up in a bilingual household.
How did you get your unusual name?
I was one of those babies born with the umbilical cord wrapped tightly around my neck. The doctor tried so hard to free me and then get me breathing but nothing worked. Finally, when he sadly gave up, feeling there was nothing more he could do, I suddenly took my first breath on my own. The doctor exclaimed, “It’s a miracle!” And the rest, as they say, is history.
